21.01.2022 Its been our BIGGEST MONTH ever in 10yrs with 1,666 tenant enquiries, 140 inspections to Lease 38 properties all over Perth! The Rental Market is heating up in... most areas with 33% less properties for rent on market compared to 12 months ago!! 2019 will see rents rise again and dramatically in some areas and its about bloody time too! People are struggling to get finance so supply of new rentals is not coming on and more people are being forced to rent for longer. Just did a viewing and had 8 tenants along with cars parked down the street and 4-5 putting applications in! This is happening more often but only when a property is well presented, priced and marketed. Meanwhile the sale market in most areas is at its worst possibly ever except for the Northern suburbs either side of the freeway (Think Woodvale, Kingsley, Padbury etc) which are bloody hot and Western Suburbs which are steady with demand. The best time I have seen to buy an investment if you can, its difficult but will be well worth it when you look back in 3 years time See my full update here See more
