10.01.2022 My personal favourite calf stretches: Heel hangs of the edge of a step, hold for 30 seconds. Lift the heel up and bend your knee slightly and press the heel down again, keeping the knee bent. Hold for 30 seconds. This gets both your gastrocnemius and soleus calf muscles - winner!
