The block was purchased in Caboolture were we managed to get one of the last 3000m2 blocks available. This block sold within 24 hours of going live which unfortunately we were not ready for at the time. We missed out on all three blocks. A week later I followed up with the agent to see if it went unconditional yet. The agent then informed me that he was 90% sure the buyer wa...s going to ask for an extension on finance the next day. This $55,000 can go towards your deposit and this will allow you do buy a property with little to no deposit. If you wanted to do it just to make money you could purchase a $400,000 house and land package.... ($400k - $55k = $345,000) and 12 months down the track if you get over owning a home you could sell it for $400,000 and profit the $55,000. (pay no tax).
