We at Invisions Staffing & Party Hire will ALWAYS pay penality rates to our wonderful staff regardless of the outcome of this. If they have to spend time away from their family & friends on weekends/evenings then they should be paid extra for it. and if a consumer wants to enjoy these services 24/7 then they should be prepared to pay a little extra. this is not only fair but how it should be! #penaltyrates
