21.01.2022 Corona virus As the saying goes prevention is the key. It is a good opportunity to remind everyone that personal hygiene and keeping ourselves healthy is one of the best defenses. Washing hands regularly and thoroughly is the best way to remove germs from our hands. While hand sanitizer is flying off the shelves, it is good to remember it is not as good as a thorough hand wash. (Thanks to for the pictures https://localnews8.com//local-classroom-science-experimen/) Tips ...to remember: 1. Wash hands frequently and thoroughly. (Use hand sanitizer if unable to wash) 2. Eat healthy food options. Eat foods that look like their original state. Veggies, fruit and some meats are always good options. Broths and soups are great. 3. Reduce hand to people contact and doors. 4. Mask are good the sick people but also to reduce hand to face (mouth/nose specifically) contact 5. Cough/sneeze/blow nose with a disposable tissue. Then throw it in the bin. Use elbow if no tissue handy. But please cover your mouth and nose. 6. Stay at home, rest and recover after seeing a doctor if you are feeling unwell. https://www.who.int//novel-coronavirus-2/advice-for-public

17.01.2022 What are your priorities? Through life we often let the loudest, most demanding things become the focus of our life. Often, without consideration to the bigger picture or the future. My hope for everyone is that we learn to live early, balancing life and living.... which are two very different things.

16.01.2022 Please note the new restrictions post-lockdown... and have a lovely day

15.01.2022 Amongst all the craziness in life, when you just need to do what needs to be done.... make sure you take moments out of your day to breath or you might just miss most precious things.

14.01.2022 Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! May the coming year bring happiness, Health and prosperity to you and your family.

13.01.2022 At the end of the day, you are all you have.... take care of yourself...

12.01.2022 Just a quick reminder on how to wash your hands thoroughly

09.01.2022 I love my profession so much. Not just because it takes a individualised wholistic approach to treatments but it also works seamlessly alongside Western medicine and other modalities. Having acupuncture added to the Medicare benefits will make it more accessible to everyone.

08.01.2022 Great tip! Thanks Igor Simonov

08.01.2022 In my opinion there is a lot of truth to this statement. We all tend to push and push and often forget that it is just as important to rest and recover, as it is to work and complete our lists of endless tasks. Taking time out for ourselves and to spend time with family and friends is important.

08.01.2022 Masked up and ready to go. As an essential service I will be remaining open whilst taking the proper precautions. However, if you wish to reschedule or feeling unwell and choose to stay home I totally understand. Let me know and we will set up another time.

08.01.2022 Please be aware of new COVID lockdown restrictions in our area. Stay healthy and safe.

07.01.2022 Happy Chinese New Year

04.01.2022 In our fast pace world it is easy to get caught up believing that this fast pace speed should be applied to everything. We get impatient when things aren’t instant and disheartened when what we want or desire takes its time. We forget the importance of patience and being content with the here and now.... and the old principles that still ring true that slow and steady wins the race especially when your in it for the long haul or looking for lasting change. This theory rings... true in Chinese medicine. It often is not a magic pin or the magic herbal formula (though both can have amazing immediate results) but a series of tailored treatments that brings about long term change. And when combined with better lifestyle choices, like a slight change in the diet or introducing exercise that is better suited to you or even just taking some well deserved time out... together these little changes will help us win at life. 04.01.2022 Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a happy new year. May 20201 bring joy, prosperity and health to you all.
