20.01.2022 2021 - Community - Connection - Kindness to all. I've been in deep contemplation the last few days. What does this year look like to me?... How can I be of service? How can I integrate all my passions this year? What reoccurring patterns do i need to step away from? What can I do each day to keep myself in a growth trajectory? I know for me my greatest practice lately has been my daily Sadhana - Meditation, Breath & Japa with Gayatri Mantra - Divine. This allows me to align with my own internal compass. Awareness. Light. Intuition. Trusting in the process. My practice allows for a more gentle shift & a deeper compassion for myself when fear arises & I sway back into my shadow. I commit to this Growth. I commit to my Sadhana. What does this look like for you? What do your mornings look like to you?
