Marketing Costs: It is important to consider how best to promote your property, with the key question being .. Where do you believe buyer interest is most likely to come from? 03.01.2022 Happy New Year to you. 2021 is upon us and just like that, 2020 is now the past. My sense is that challenges remain for 2021, but with some good fortune, the Covid-19 issue will be more manageable, our economy will pick up, jobs will be created and we can settle into a better time ahead. On reflection, it was interesting to note how different businesses have performed during 2020. Retail was tough, tourism particularly difficult, yet home hardware and anything DIY has been ...booming. Real Estate was a stand-out with record low interest rates and a reassessment by many families of their chosen "Lifestyle" in the city. This has led to an increased interest in homes and properties across our region and looks to continue strongly into 2021. I continue to receive enquiries for agricultural land, homes in our regional towns and homes on small acreage.
