21.01.2022 NSW Health strongly recommends wearing a face mask if you cannot physically distance. This is especially important if you live, work in or visit South Western S...ydney where there have recently been locally transmitted cases of COVID-19. Always carry a clean face mask and wear it: - When you can’t maintain 1.5 metres of physical distance from others (such as when using public transport, rideshares and taxis, in supermarkets and shops, places of worship and entertainment venues) - If working in a cafe, restaurant, pub, club or other high-risk indoor areas - When caring for or serving vulnerable people - If COVID-19 symptoms develop while you are out of home - If you are out of home and contacted by NSW Health and told you are a close contact For more advice on when to wear a mask visit: https://www.nsw.gov.au/covid-19/face-masks

Anyone who worked at or attended the restaurant for more than one hour on the following dates and times is now considered a close contact and must get tested immediately and isolate for a full 14 days from exposure, regardless of the result: Jasmins1 Lebanese Restaurant, 375 Macquarie Street, Liverpool: Monday 26 October, 4pm 9pm Saturday 31 October, 3pm 8pm Sunday 1 November, 9am 1.45pm Anyone who attended for less than one hour during the above times is considered a casual contact and must monitor for symptoms and get tested immediately if they develop.
