I am offering trigger point therapy along with energy healing to those who have not had success with other modalities for pain or discomfort relief. Trigger points develop in muscles from trauma, repetition, strain or ill health.I work to help release of these muscle bunches along with energy healing to assist in the bodys repair.

Now I am embracing the intuitive I have used with my design cli...ents and I am bringing you the healing, with trigger point therapy and intuition, that has so far been kept for family and friends. Trigger point therapy has helped me and my degenerating back and I am offering you the potential to release some pain or discomfort felt by these bunched up muscle fibres. Trigger points are produced after trauma, repetitive actions, stress or ill health. By massaging these points and using Blue Star energy the body is assisted in healing itself. I have taken rooms with the lovely Tina Caramia in Williamstown. Day and evening appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays are available now and I look forward to helping you heal.

01.01.2022 Living in Victoria is a bit tense at present and I bet you don't realise how much tension you are holding under your mask. Simple movement of the jaw and mouth... will help. Open the jaw, wiggle it from side to side. See if there's a yawn that could escape. Then, press your fingers around your jaw hinge. Massage it a bit.
