03.01.2022 PATIENT NOTICE In light of information received from Queensland Health this morning, you may be asked by reception staff to 'isolate' OR to wear a mask when you arrive for your appointment. This might involve waiting for your doctor in your car rather than waiting inside the practice. Patients who may be asked to isolate include those who: Have cold or flu-like symptoms ... Have travelled to Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton and Redlands since January 1 Have travelled to NSW since December 21 Have travelled to VIC since December 21 Upon arriving to the practice for an appointment, reception staff will ask you a series of questions to determine whether you do need to be isolated. If you do meet any of the above criteria, please notify reception at the time of booking your appointment.
