24.01.2022 After 8 months of not hosting any High Tea events, we were finally able to start them again with reduced numbers. Oh how we missed them. Here are the photos from Saturday, 17th October 2020 (our 3rd High Tea for the year). We had so much fun. Such a pleasure to be able to invite people in to enjoy our home with us. Thank you to everyone that has been so wonderful and understanding during this time.... We have 8 High Teas on over the next 2 months which are all Christmas themed. 12.01.2022 Looking at doing something a little different. Who would be interested in a Cabaret evening at Iona on Robert? Would do it on either a Friday or Saturday evening. Not sure on how often at this stage. Would be great to do it weekly with a different first class entertainer each week. I am looking at a cost of $60pp which would include a 1.5 hr show with an intermission and tea & coffee. There would be no High Tea for this events. ... Would love to hear your thoughts. Here is a photo of the beautiful Monique performing at Iona a few years ago. She would be one of the artists that I would be getting. 01.01.2022 As you may already be aware, but Wayne Rogers is currently stuck on a cruise ship with no certainty of when he will be home. And he will mostly likely have to self isolate when he does return. We would like to continue with the High Tea events as this is a difficult time for us and is now our only source of income. So the events will continue but Wayne will unfortunately not be here. I will find top class entertainers to fill in while Wayne is away. We would really apprecia...te your support during this difficult and stressful time. We will also be give vouchers for you to return again when Wayne is back home again.
