21.01.2022 Our Professor Harry Messel 40th International Science School closing gala reception was last night, attended by the 125 high school students who participated in... the 2 week science school, and Her Excellency the Honourable Margaret Beazley AO QC - Governor of NSW, and Senator Hollie Hughes - Liberal Senator of NSW. Our Maths and Science Ambassador, Adam Spencer, was MC. Congratulations to Abi Youngker, a high school student from the US, for winning the inaugural Albert Wong Award for Exceptional Contribution! 10.01.2022 For International Women's Day this year I thought I would post a range of my photographs featuring women who inspire me. There are many. In 2013 I had the honour of photographing @JuliaGillard at the opening of the Centre for Carbon Water Food on behalf of the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney. Witnessing Gillard in action on the day, and her poise amongst the VIPs and media that surrounded her, provided an insight in to what her day to day life must have ...been like as PM.
