08.01.2022 Persistence, Persistence, Persistence! Don't ever give up! When you feel like giving up on a client ask yourself what if I just make one more phone call, what if I just send one more video message or one last email just to check in to make sure there isn't anymore I can do. You never know what door could be swung open again! AND if it is slammed shut don't throw it away tuck it away and touch base again in a month or 2!

06.01.2022 Leadership Success #1 Professional Sporting Teams have trainers but on Game Day. It’s the "Coach" in the box calling the plays and coaching the Team to the next WIN!!! If you get one or two tips out of this list it has been worth your while to read. I have always believed in the old saying You are never too old to learn.... Are leaders born or can anyone inspire others to follow them? Leaders don’t choose who follow them, Follower’s choose their Leader Be a Leader who knows the following words and is prepared to say them I was wrong, I don’t know the answer Great Leaders are ethical Be a Leader that knows what motivates your team Great Leaders don’t jump to conclusions A Leaders job is to inspire all their team Great Leaders have good gut instincts Don’t be a leader by title, be a leader your team believes in both you and your vision. Great Leaders don’t use manipulation tactics on team members Be a Leader that displays mutual respect and trust with your team A great Leader knows how to persuade is team to gain results Believe in your own ability as well as your teams ability A great Leader will a problem some time to sort itself out and not jump to conclusions. Be a Leader your team feels comfortable with, trusts and respects. A great Leader knows they have power but only uses it sparingly Great Leaders lead by example and not Do as I say not as I do mentality Be a Leader that cares more about your teams success rather than your own success A great Leader praises in public in a big way and reprimands in private with all the facts Be a Leader that understands no one is bigger than your team, not even you. Great Leaders are always working with their team for the best results Remember people lead people Think like a leader but act like a student

03.01.2022 If work finishes at 5pm, do you clock off? Or do you stay back and call your customers that you couldn't get hold of through the day? Or better still do you take their numbers home and call them later in the evening because that's more convenient for them? When you focus on helping people and doing things that are more convenient for them not you the numbers will take care of themselves. It sounds so simple, that most people don’t do it or believe it... But I can tell you that the people who make the biggest impact and have the most success in sales and life are focused on how they can help you ...not how they can sell you.

01.01.2022 More awesome success stories form the program! Not only did this person leave a lasting impression on this customer...but they left the door open and stayed in touch. Never think that because a client doesn't do business with you now that they never will....keep in touch, keep the door open, make it easy and convenient for them. By doing this when they are ready to go the first thing they think is YOU! Remember people will never forget how you made them feel!
