The guys from Interior Systems completed a Refresher Sales Program (after the main program last year)! When you feel like giving up on a client ask yourself what if I just make one more phone call, what if I just send one more video message or one last email just to check in to make sure there isn't anymore I can do. You never know what door could be swung open again! AND if it is slammed shut don't throw it away tuck it away and touch base again in a month or 2!

Are leaders born or can anyone inspire others to follow them? Leaders don’t choose who follow them, Follower’s choose their Leader Be a Leader who knows the following words and is prepared to say them I was wrong, I don’t know the answer Great Leaders are ethical Be a Leader that knows what motivates your team Great Leaders don’t jump to conclusions A Leaders job is to inspire all their team Great Leaders have good gut instincts Don’t be a leader by title, be a leader your team believes in both you and your vision. 03.01.2022 If work finishes at 5pm, do you clock off? Or do you stay back and call your customers that you couldn't get hold of through the day? Or better still do you take their numbers home and call them later in the evening because that's more convenient for them? When you focus on helping people and doing things that are more convenient for them not you the numbers will take care of themselves. It sounds so simple, that most people don’t do it or believe it... But I can tell you that the people who make the biggest impact and have the most success in sales and life are focused on how they can help you ...not how they can sell you.

Never think that because a client doesn't do business with you now that they never will....keep in touch, keep the door open, make it easy and convenient for them. By doing this when they are ready to go the first thing they think is YOU! Remember people will never forget how you made them feel!
