23.01.2022 A very kind testimonial from Darrel who completed our 90 day Accelerated Stress Mastery Program: "The sessions with Chris were great. I found him to be an excellent listener and able to decipher triggers and plan simplified steps to help me manage my well-being. Through his sessions I have learnt more about myself. Especially, assertiveness, confidence and appreciating stress and how it helps me achieve my goals better. Rather than avoiding certain triggers, he plans out st...rategies, all this while still maintaining my work efficiency, turning my identified triggers into motivating factors. He covers a wide range of expertise, but more importantly, comes out with an easy to follow plans and checks in during appropriate periods of time in between of sessions. I can see changes in my way of handling situations throughout my personal and professional life. I would highly recommend Chris, his knowledge in this area and ability to bring out the best in people is something that I will be forever grateful for. #stressmastery #IProAus #Gratitiude #Stress

11.01.2022 We are creatures of habit. Habits, or routines give us a sense of familiarity and control and this makes us feel safer. You will need to create a new set of habits which is daunting at first and can raise stress levels. However, it is a great opportunity to create a routine that ticks all your boxes. Here's what's on my list: * Allocate time to be physically active. Happy feelings and improves mindset.... * Add in some of the jobs that you meant to get done. Gives a sense of achievement. * Family time. Yep, pencil it in as its non-negotiable. * Limit screens, especially for children but also adults. * Use your imagination and be creative. Can also give a sense of fulfilment. * Play games that make everyone laugh. Even a tickle game and fake laugh. Laughing releases happy feelings. * Reinvent yourself. I mean, why not. Pick up that book, sign on to a free course and learn a new skill. * Eat well and allocate time to prep food with your family. You can teach them how to make lunches of certain foods to make your life easier. Got any more ideas? This is not a holiday but is still an opportunity. Take care. See more
