05.01.2022 I just love being able to connect with our BREMER and IPSWICH FORUM members and some of our other FORUM groups during this time of isolation (without leaving the house). However, it will never replace the adrenalin rush that we get from meeting face-to-face and speaking and presenting to an actual live audience. However, this fun FB post gives a little idea of what can go wrong in such online video conferencing.

04.01.2022 FORUM COMMUNICATORS offers another great opportunity to gain skills in more effective communication. Don't miss this!

IPSWICH FORUM would love to give you the opportunity to speak out... about - HOW YOU LOOK AT IT?

03.01.2022 Absolute GEMS at IPSWICH FORUM - with fascinating tales of Diamonds & bloodshed... dangerous bedfellows indeed; the business built on salad rolls-$1000-and a handshake; dangers of fishing & rescuing shags; it brought about the downfall of Gough Whitlam; and grand plans to travel Australia inspired by Harry Butler. Sparkling examples of `lateral thinking' arising out of... "Who Thought That Was a Good Idea?".

02.01.2022 A QUESTION of INNOCENCE... was a golden opportunity to learn from the wisdom of a Life Member with more than 50 years experience. Plenty of questions raised and opinions expressed by presenters, speakers and audience... another memorable event at IPSWICH FORUM.

01.01.2022 Two members of Ipswich Forum enjoyed the privilege of being with a very special group of longstanding friends from their community. Surprised to hear that their original group, which started 48 years ago, included a number of Ipswich Forum members of that era.

01.01.2022 IPSWICH FORUMs INFAMOUS 57th Birthday... has come and gone... but the memory shall live on. Lots of laughter, active involvement and reflection on some infamous people who made their mark in history for the wrong reasons. Ipswich members spoke of Jesse James, the Big Bad Wolf, Imelda Marcos, Angus McMillan and Lola Montez. Guest speaker, Forum Life Member, exposed the dark world of Kate Leigh & Tilly Devine, Queens of the early 1900s in the Sydney underworld. The `Roast-M...aster laid bare a list of bizarre situations experienced by various Ipswich members... all taken in great spirit as was the deflection by the responder who shared a number of misdemeanours by some notable Forum hierarchy present on the day. Each table group created a Notorious Nursery Rhyme to share with the gathering. In all... extremely different, hilarious fun, and absolutely memorable. THANKS to ALL WHO PLAYED A PART! See more

01.01.2022 Entertaining, informative and imaginative - well done IPSWICH FORUM - on your ANTIQUE ROAD SHOW...
