I do have a few time slots to do private PT sessions if you are missing the weekly butt kicking!!!! If you normally have a PT session booked on a day that is a public holiday or there are no sessions scheduled we can arrange another day to do your session to help keep you on track

15.01.2022 Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and a big thank you to all of my beautiful and amazing clients. Thank you for your commitment to staying on track with your health and fitness goals and yes some days are better than others!!! I am so proud that you don’t give in and you don’t give up! ... A big shout out to one one of my amazing girls (I didn’t ask for permission to share her results so I won’t mention names)! In 12 weeks she lost 8kg, 20cm and 2 dress sizes! Not only does she physically look amazing but her skin is glowing and watching her self confidence sore has been a pleasure to watch. This is our last week of sessions back on the 11th Jan. 14.01.2022 The last 6 weeks or so have been hectic and full of emotion. I need to take a break to fill my cup so I can continue to give to you my amazing clients. I am going to be unavailable from Wednesday 18th July to Sunday 29th July. There will be no sessions during that time and I will be uncontactable. I tell you to look after yourself, make yourself a priority on your to do list, practise self nurture, self love and self respect. So I am going to practice what I preach!!! Takin...g time out to reconnect, reprioritise and regroup. I appreciate the amazing support and heart felt condolences with mums recent and shock passing. It means the world to me. To help keep you on track We will set a goal for you to work on while I am away!!!!!! I am also offering to move Wednesday 18th sessions to the Monday or Tuesday but will message you individually about those. So Tuesday night 17th, last sessions back on Monday 30th for sessions as usual. Sarah

12.01.2022 I get it! It’s really tough at the moment, we are all out of routine which feels out of control. The gyms are closed, they were our sanity, our release. I have been super strict with my training over the past 3 weeks. I am actually training a friend and her son via FaceTime everyday and I do the workout with them! I can honestly say that these sessions are helping me soooooo much mentally, physically and emotionally. Taking care of my body and mind is a high priority right ...now. Because it is tough I am happy to take on a couple of new clients and do face to face PT sessions or via FaceTime. I do have an outdoor training space and run weekly PT sessions. We can train here or we can set it up via FaceTime. No equipment? No Drama!!!! I am very creative!! If you would like to chat and look at some options for Personal Training or writing a weekly program for you just send me a message. Please take care of your mental and physical wellbeing. PS feel free to share.

ABSOLUTELY I am more than happy to arrange an a PT session with you in the next 2 weeks at Goodife. (If you are not a member I can organise a guest visit) YES I can write you a program that you can do on your own. Just let me know and we can organise a time. ... ONLINE coaching will still be available. We can connect for a chat fortnightly or monthly to check in on your progress. We can review your workouts, nutrition, lifestyle choices and habits.
