05.01.2022 At 4pm this Friday, 8 May, the Department of Health will be hosting a webinar on Residential Aged Care COVID-19 Outbreak Preparedness and Management. The webi...nar will cover what residential aged care facilities should be doing in preparation for a potential COVID-19 outbreak, what to do if there is an outbreak, as well as the support available to services in the event of a COVID-19 case. The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commissioner Janet Anderson will be on the panel together with other health and industry experts providing information for residential aged care providers and their staff on COVID-19 preparedness and prevention. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and have them answered live following a discussion from the panel members.
