23.01.2022 Energy mantra: I am willing to clear unwanted energies that prevent me from moving forward Under this beautiful new moon we are being reminded to clear any unwanted energies. Working with dark shadow energies can challenge us but they also present opportunities..... to heal ... One way to do this is to connect with mother earth and ask her for her assistance for removing all that is not in accordance with the light. And the other way..... well.... that means facing it head on. It means understanding what the blocks are if reoccurring issues come up. Take a moment to quiet your mind, and just ask, what is it that I need to know right now in regards to .............. and listen to what comes up for you and trust what comes up. 22.01.2022 Energy mantra: I am willing to wash away the lower energies around me This has been a big learning curb the last couple of weeks and the need to keep our energies high despite what is happening around us.... We all have choices in how we respond to situations. The important lesson is to listen. That then allows us to hear what another person is saying in a given situation. Maybe you have experienced this. Maybe you were hurt by this. Maybe it is a shadow type opportunity for learning but when you are not on the front foot and have been impacted in a shocking way, listening is the last thing on your mind. Lower energies at work............ I also see this as an opportunity to consciously change ourselves. To look at what is impacting the energy within and what needs to be learnt. You know you have done the work when some type of cleansing has occured. This is the evidence that you have changed the course of the negative energy into the positive. Then you become the bright shiny star after weathering the storm. That is the miracle of learning to forgive and then you set yourself free.
