09.01.2022 What to expect from an appointment: The initial consult will investigate the main reason for the visit. This will involve a discussion of your medical, social and dietary history, along with taking some measurements such as your height and weight. The rest of the appointment will involve working with you to discuss the right foods and/or dietary patterns needed to help you achieve your goals. After the initial consult, a specific blood test may be required to track your progr...ess in future appointments. If you are a private patient or are not a patient referred from one of the clinics below, please bring along a copy of any recent blood tests and a list of current medications. Review appointments will involve discussion of dietary and/or lifestyle changes made since the previous consult and may involve further investigation through blood tests if clinically necessary. The focus of the review appointment will build on information you have been given and making adjustments tailored to your situation. It is important to attend reviews to monitor your progress, address any new nutritional problems and gives you the chance to discuss any barriers that may be affecting your health.
