23.01.2022 GOLDEN SYRUP DUMPLINGS DUMPLINGS INGREDIENTS 1 Cup Self Raising Flour 30g Butter, Chilled, Chopped 1/3 Cup Milk... 1/3 Cup Golden Syrup SAUCE 2 Cups Boiling Water 3/4 Cup Golden Syrup Cup firmly packed brown sugar 40g Butter Extras Ice Cream or whipped pure cream to serve METHOD Place the flour and butter in the Extra Chef with blade attachment and chop until it resembles breadcrumbs. Pour in the milk and golden syrup, pull cord again until combined. Roll the mixture into 15 balls and place in the base of the pressure cooker. To make the sauce, combine the water, golden syrup, sugar and butter in the Micro Pitcher and microwave for 90 seconds or until the butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Pour the sauce over the dumplings, close the pressure cooker and microwave on 900W for 10 minutes. Let the pressure indicator drop. See more
