They also have a vibrant 5 year old daughter who starts prep next year. The last few months have been a whirlwind of biopsies, chemo, general anasthetics, hospital stays, sleepless nights and an incredible amount of stress, shock and worry. Their friends and close family have put together an online auction to raise money for this incredible family facing the toughest, emotional time. 09.01.2022 Just a quick share for Sunday on how to pack colour onto the lid to get a more even application, especially if you’re using a matte shadow. Often we find that our clients get a bit unsure about committing to really packing on the colour on the lid, and as a result, their eyeshadow turns out a bit wishy washy. Peta-Gai filmed this for one of her makeup lesson clients who needed a refresher on the technique, so we thought we’d share it here too! ... Featuring the gorgeous Shelley Wild, whom Peta-Gai made over for her work event recently. (Check comments to see the before and after. Gorrrrrgeous. 08.01.2022 A BIT OF A PERSONAL POST Melbourne’s in #lockdown again. This video was taken a few weeks ago, after a huge week and a half of work and now, the week we are NOT working (on clients at least), it’s really full on watching this and thinking about all the brushes those faces created some magic on, compared to this week with a couple of weddings rescheduled (again), makeup lessons rescheduled, headshots rescheduled, and event makeup clients sadly cancelling their event...s. And, 9 months of not doing faces last year is a hard memory to reflect on. We know this is a short #circutbreaker lockdown, but 4 Days in and @peta_gai is chomping at the bit to get back to the beautiful faces. Our business has been so affected by this #bloodypandemic, and we thank you for all your support to keep us going.
