16.01.2022 Reopening tomorrow (Monday 1st June) at Midday The creche will not reopen at this time and we do not know when it will reopen but will keep you up to date. Children will not be permitted in the gym we have a hard cap of 20 people in the gym and we will be allowing members only until this is lifted. ... A full size towel or larger is required I have missed everyone as well but dont go shaking hands hugging or hi fiving just wave from a distance, please The place has been remodelled and we would appreciate your feedback do not jump on a machine right beside someone if you can see you will not be at least 1.5 meters apart The gym will only be open from 4am until 9pm until restrictions are lifted further. (hopefully mid July)

06.01.2022 After quite a few years of service our bikes are looking to retire. At this stage we are looking at some more life fitness bikes due to how well they hold up but we are open to suggestions on the brand if anyone has any post them up.
