03.01.2022 During August, IRL Hub is offering workshops free of charge to Melbourne schools* as a way of supporting teachers through the (still) rapidly changing COVID restrictions and demand for remote learning. All the IRL Hub team are based in Melbourne and currently experiencing all the joys of the restrictions as well, so we’re keen to support teachers during what we know is very stressful time. IRL works with comedians, performers, writers and teachers to prepare workshops centre...d around a performance stimulus, that cut through the distractions and frustrations of remote learning with a tailored, entertaining experience, at the flick of a webcam. These workshops are all developed with an eye to units of study and with clear links to curricula and syllabus outcomes.
