19.01.2022 A Pocketrocketts Journey I dont know where to start with this one truly amazing woman!!! @miiichelllerussell Right back at the start Michelle started boot... camp with me @teampowerelite , then moved to weight training (on days she wasnt sending me McDonalds snaps ) then we went into beauty and the barbell! This program the iron bug hit But it wasnt enough for Michelle she wanted more so a good friend nicole tha suggested bikini model ! I told Michelle how incredibly difficult and challenging it would be and she would need to step up if she wanted to do it! Well she was going to prove to me and mainly herself no matter what she was getting on that stage ! A thanks to bossman @thepeachprofessor also Here we are sitting less then 10 weeks out @anbnsw The last 2 years of losing nearly 40 kgs she has competed in powerlifting novice competitions and APU federation competition. There have been some up and down not just covid but prep life in general but still shes killing it . As a coach and best friend I am Beyond proud , watching and helping Michelle change physically and mentally is truly amazing journey. Watch her video and her journey on her page !
