20.01.2022 We all buy all the time. Keep track of the things you buy and what made you buy them. Chances are there was a sales tactic that made you buy. Save down and keep a file of all ads/posts/stories that you clicked on. That will show you the triggers that work on you. They will work on others too. Just remember people don’t love to be sold. Don’t appear to salesy, no one likes a used car salesman.... #sales #businesstips #ironacademy #ironadvice #growthmindset

20.01.2022 How well do you know yourself? We took the Enneagram test as part of a professional development course we are completing. It is great to give further understanding to how you work and how you work with others. it is also useful if you know other's Enneagram Type to understand how they perceive the world.... The Enneagram is an ancient personality typing system that teaches there are nine basic personality types in the world. Steph & I are both Enneagram 5's - which is the quiet specialist. This type has a motivational need to understand, this is why 5's are often found as business coaches, advisors. They can also be inAnything tech, from app and game design to actual engineering, researcher, analyst, scientist, teacher, manager. Many other accountants fall under Enneagram 1 which is the strict perfectionist. Have you taken the free Enneagram test? Check the link in our Bio. Then comment below with which Enneagram type you are? #personalitytest #Enneagram #Enneagram5 #businesstips #howwework #mindset #growthmindset

09.01.2022 What is the "Halo" Effect? Our most successful blog post was around us seeing Mark Bouris speak live and talk about lessons learnt from working with Kerry Packer. How does this relate to the Halo effect. It utilizes the old adage of "You are the company you keep".... It's weird but having a celebrity connection will have people believe that your brand possesses similar qualities to said familiar entity. It is what makes influencer marketing so valuable right now. If "x" influencer wears this brand, and I like them, then i'll like "Y" brand. Are you able to utilise this tactic in your business? #brand #salestactics #growthmindset #ironacademy #ironadvice #businesstips #businessgrowth
