19.01.2022 NEWS FLASH Pablo from Blayney Highgrade has been found! It’s apparent he called in here at Ironbark to get his mate Piccoloto make him a Bacon Egg Muffin. Looks like they’ve had a fine time together too I might add we’ve just located them in our coffee store room out the back... Xmas rush has got to them both by the look of it. ... He’s sleeping it off Cameron, pick him up after work and maybe don’t let him go out tonight. See more

18.01.2022 FAREWELL Tomorrow is the start of the last 3 days of trading before Xmas and then we start to count down the days to farewell the year 2020. It’s a bitter sweet moment for me and a little difficult for me to grasp but I’d like to advise you all that my 2.5 year chapter as your host and the owner of Ironbark Espresso Bar will come to an end on Wednesday 23rd Dec. ... After the Xmas break Ironbark will reopen on Monday the 11th January with Nicole Dicker as your new host and owner. I am so pleased to have sold to someone with such a passion for coffee and food as Nicole, I have every faith she will continue to accomodate you all with the same service you are use to. Nicole has worked casually at Ironbark this year and is a pleasure to work with I wish her every success. Nicole has some new ideas she’d like to implement and I’m sure she will add her own flair to the cafe just as myself and Jo the previous owner did. (don’t panic! the coffee won’t be changing nor will our favourite food items) I am so proud of our little Cafe in Blayney and it’s reputation for excellent Coffee and food, this has put us on the map as great spot to call in and to many locals their favourite place to enjoy great coffee. Ironbark has exceeded all my expectations and the Coffee game couldn’t be stronger I thank all of my present and past staff for their input and my family who have been nothing short of supportive and helpful this whole time but especially over these last 7 weeks. Now it’s time I give back to you all I’ll have the time to be more available on the family front. This week I hope to catch as many ppl as I can at the cafe to personally say my farewells, I’ll be hopping around somewhere during this week and look forward to seeing ppl personally. It wasn’t the way I wanted to finish up at IRONBARK .....due to my injury I haven’t been present for some weeks now and I apologise for that but the team have done an amazing job of filling my shoes. My praises go out to my team of workhorses I also call my friends at Ironbark Ironbark will still be my No 1. fave spot to enjoy a coffee and catch up with the many friends I’ve made during my time there. I’ll miss my never ending coffee supply though and the convenience of making my favourite brew whenever I like.. Please take this as my sincere farewell, goodbye and thank-you. See you for a bright new beginning and a new year. 2021 All my love Trine XX
