25.01.2022 Looked at an evaporative last week, customer called me and said it was leaking water inside, on inspection I found the cooler had neither been cleaned nor serviced, one of the pad frames had not been fitted correctly and when the new Chillcel pads were fitted they were the wrong size. This seems to be getting an all to familiar sight these days, don't know who you can trust, we take before and after pics of your evap and even email them to you while on site. Transparency is ...a wonderful thing when your paying the bill, no matter how big or small business is, they need your custom and should only charge you for what work they perform, if you can't see it don't even think about paying for it. After 38 years in the industry I have a modicum of knowledge to be able to preform most tasks you ask me to do for you, I also carry a large range of Bonaire parts that other people are now claiming are not available, if it can be fixed I'll do my utmost to do that for you. 06.01.2022 This is what a Bosch instantaneous hot water service looks like when you actually service it and not just look at it, the poor customer had heart failure when I walked to my Ute with all its pieces, it's going great guns now and no more ignition failures, do it right every time. I now have a space heater to put in at the same job and a very impressed customer.

06.01.2022 Another cooler done this morning, pump was not working, so it got a full service and new Super Pump, also showed the customer how to clean the return air filter for the ducted heater. Another job done well and the customer got to see her cooler in all its glory without even leaving the safety of the house.

05.01.2022 We also service and repair ducted reverse cycle units and split systems as Gary from Sangria restaurant and Bar found out last night.
