07.01.2022 Do you have a termite chemical barrier system installed at your house? You may have seen the cover plates in one or more places around the yard. For the barrier to be effective and protect your investment you will need regular top ups. You can view the schedule of refills on a sticker in your power box. We offer free check ups if you need a hand with this. Most systems are filled every 3 years. We offer a discounted chemical barrier top up for an average house for $450 (normally $600). Call or text to organize a check or top up. We cover all areas, and are local to North Ryde. Mobile 0488873787 We can help with all your pest control needs.

02.01.2022 Hi all Thought I would help clear a few things up ! :) Confused about Coronavirus restrictions? This may help -... You MUST NOT leave the house for any reason, but if you have a reason you can leave the house Shops are closed, except those shops that are open You must not go to work, but you can get another job and go to work Schools are closed and you must home educate your children unless you cant home educate your children then schools are open, but it depends which state you are in, and the government recommends you home educate your children or send them to school, recognising that school is perfectly safe except for in the teachers staff room where it is not safe because teachers can get the virus and children cannot, except those children that can Look, there is absolutely no need to be confused about schools. They are open or closed, children must stay home or attend, and they are not coronavirus risk except when they are. It may still differ from state to state though You are safe if you maintain the safe social distance when out, but you cant go out with friends or strangers at the safe social distance You will have many symptoms if you get the virus, but you can also get symptoms without getting the virus, get the virus without having any symptoms or be contagious without having symptoms, or be non contagious with symptoms... It is sort of lucky/unlucky dip We should stay locked down until the virus stops infecting people but it will only stop infecting people if we get infected so it's important we get infected and some don't get infected Gloves won't help but they can still help so wear them sometimes, or not Masks are useless at protecting you against the virus, but you may have to wear one because it can save lives, but they may not work, but they may be mandatory, but maybe not. Just don't touch them when you put them on or take them off There is no shortage of groceries in the supermarket, but there are many things missing. Sometimes you wont need loo rolls but you should buy some just in case you need some No business will go down due to the virus except those businesses that will go down due to the virus If you are sick you can go out when you are better but anyone else in your household can't go out when you are better Don't visit older people but you have to take care of the elderly and bring them food and medicine You cant see your older mother or grandmother but they cant take a taxi and meet an older taxi driver To help protect yourself you should eat well and exercise, but eat whatever you have on hand as it is better not to go to the shops, unless you need a toilet roll or a fence post The virus remains active on different surfaces for two hours... or four hours... or six hours, I mean days, not hours. But it needs a damp environment , or a cold environment that is warm and dry.. in the air, as long as the air is not plastic Animals are not affected but there was a cat that testes positive in Belgium in February when no one had been tested, plus a few tigers here and there... Stay 2 metres away from tigers (see point 16) With that I am off to Bunnings to buy a fence post which is mostly open I hope that helped clear everything up... or at least raise a smile or two !! :)
