10.01.2022 A massive well done to one of our Moorabbin Comp Group members Lisha! Obviously her training is under control with the guidance of Kyle, but she came to me to ask for advice with her eating. It can be frustrating when you train your butt off & still don’t see the results you want & don’t feel on point daily.... In 4 weeks, Lish has lost 8cm off her torso & gained 3cm in her limbs. She has also lost a whopping 2.9kg which is impressive considering how much muscle she has! The best part about all of this is that she is happy following her macros & finds it easy!
