09.01.2022 Big congrats to IBFit Sport Development Athlete James Lugsdin for being selected for the PSSA State team. Nationals will be held in Darwin in August. J-man cap...tained his CIS side at state champs last week and was solid. The feedback was that he led from front and showed plenty passion. James has only been with me from a couple months but his acceleration phase has increased dramatically and his meters per second GPS stats are very impressive for his age. Lots of hard work ahead leading to nationals.... his fend is gonna be brutal. Well done my boy... very proud!!

04.01.2022 Kyle Martin played for the NSW Rams vs North Territory on Tuesday in the Gold Coast. The Rams won by 120. Kyle was very good and got named in the best on ground by the Rams. They have Tasmania on Saturday morning which is going to be a tough day on the paddock.

03.01.2022 Congrats to Stephanie McMullan for completing the Golf Coast Half Marathon today. Steph has showed awesome courage to get through the race... she has battled a calf issue for the past two weeks. Awesome effort Steph and can't wait to get our teeth stuck into the next challenge!!!
