16.01.2022 Ironclad Estate at 20 Hunter st shop 5 has 2 rooms available as part of The Collective - A multi room, multi tenant premises. Currently Molyduka Music Is in the back part taking several rooms which will be doing Music lessons. There is one small room available for rent at $100 per week and the larger front room for $200 a week.(note the front room is a walkthrough space) Both have shared power, kitchenette and public toilets.
