When Emma first started with us she was only benching 57.5 Kg's as a 1 rep max and now she's doing reps around that weight. Emma has made great strides in all three lifts and her general strength period. 22.01.2022 Coach Leigh finally testing for the first time from October after scoliosis issue's. Totalled 610 Kg's. This isn't bad since he'd had a big day of work and was buggered before getting to the gym. Only 17.5kgs under his best competition total and is weighing in 3kgs lighter! The long process works people!! Thanks goes to @lizpeterson86 and @pom1986_5 for spotting and shouting. Also thank you to @thebarbrisbane for letting him use the facilities!

17.01.2022 This is a perfect example of when training doesn't go to plan from outside influences. Coach Leigh was supposed to be hitting [email protected], than life happened, new job which is extremely active, new wake up time and more hour's of work in the sun. He hit sets of 2, 3, 3 and finally 2. He was feeling utterly fatigued and the knurling was ripping his hands up. This is when willpower comes into play. You know you have to finish the program because this is the time when you're going to get the most out of training. These are the days when you know if you really want it or not!
