19.01.2022 To all of our amazing members we have the news you have been waiting for! Iron Kingdom gyms will be OFFICIALLY REOPENING on the 9th of NOVEMBER at 5am. So here is what you need to do and know. All memberships and direct debits will be fully activated All direct debits will be activated on the 16th of November... For those that have an upfront membership, the time you lost during lockdown will be added to your membership Casuals are to pay $15 Dollars on entry Of course, we understand that Covid-19 has some of our members concerned about keeping their memberships so please give us a call if you would like your membership suspended and we will sort it all out for you. A booking system will be implemented, as we do not want our members waiting around on a first come first serve basis, as we find that very unpleasant and unprofessional. To use our booking system: 1. Download PT Minder from the Google Play or Apple store 2. Register your details 3. Select I am a client of a trainer 4. Under business name put Ironkingdomgym 5. Select our company logo 6. Go to the booking screen and from the pull-down arrow, select your location and book in! As the government has restricted us to 20 members per venue, we are allowing 1 hour of training. During training times, a face mask MUST be worn at all times and you MUST bring a towel. Hand sanitizer will be provided for you. We must be observant of members using the booking system responsibly, therefore if you book in a time at our gyms and DO NOT turn up, you will be suspended until restrictions are lifted. This is due to restrictions limiting our members access and time in our facilities. Iron Kingdom Gyms are so excited to be opening! 15.01.2022 Due to the recent announcement we are now allowed up to 150 people at a time and NO Time restrictions. Forget the Booking system and just come down and see our covid safe gym. Train with the knowledge we have all our Covid-19 safe plans in place and all our machines are cleaned everytime after use. So for peace of mind get that amazing summer body in a clean and Covid safe environment. Operating Hours are Monday to Friday. 5am to 10pm Saturday & Sunday 7am to 9pm Everybody Welcome.

With a 180kg single leg, leg press, I’m still taking it easy and not going heavy with my quad training Finding the right balance that won’t cause any pain & discomfort on my knee and hamstring with a slight change instead of double leg, leg press. I find that doing single leg, allows me to put more focus on each quad & specially my right one to allow it to catch up to my left side.
