24.01.2022 Taking on the task of fabricating a Barracuda single seat off road buggy. We purchased a full set of workshop drawings from a WA company who built this one. So far so good!

23.01.2022 This is our hydraulic beam straightening press. At Ironstar Engineering, we straighten all of our beams after welding and galvanising, so when they turn up to site, we have a perfectly straight beam.

15.01.2022 2 fabricated aluminium skateboard racks. These racks get bolted to a wall. Skateboards hang and can be padlocked for security. These were made for Kingscliff High School.

14.01.2022 Setting up and machining another tail drum for a local quarry conveyor.

13.01.2022 This is a patrol trailer for Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club. It is a full aluminum trailer and is 1 of 4 we have fabricated. We are about to start another one for a local surf club. Keep an eye out for progress photos.

11.01.2022 This is a stainless steel fan we have fabricated and machined for a large air blower. It is 1170mm long x 670mm in diameter and was balanced to ISO 1940-1:2003 G6.3 Australian standard after machining.

09.01.2022 Excavator idler wheel machined from solid shaft, 400mm in diameter.

07.01.2022 A full steel entrance staircase that we have fabricated for a beach home in Fingal Head, Nothern NSW. We fabricated it in modules, had it all hot dipped galvanised and the treads were silver gum Modwood. Scroll through for start to finish photos.
