25.01.2022 Hot dipped galvanised trailer chassis we fabricated for a client who is building a mobile food van.



22.01.2022 This is a stainless steel fan we have fabricated and machined for a large air blower. It is 1170mm long x 670mm in diameter and was balanced to ISO 1940-1:2003 G6.3 Australian standard after machining.

21.01.2022 Starting to assemble the rear end of the Barracuda Buggy. So far so good :)

18.01.2022 A little more progress on the Barracuda buggy. Rear drive assembly parts water jet cut on our in-house water jet cutting machine. All parts assembled and welded into rear of frame.

11.01.2022 This is a patrol trailer for Kurrawa Surf Life Saving Club. It is a full aluminum trailer and is 1 of 4 we have fabricated. We are about to start another one for a local surf club. Keep an eye out for progress photos.



08.01.2022 This is a steel fabricated concrete swimming pool mould we manufactured for Australian Plunge Pools. These pools are then poured, tiled and delivered to sight finished.

07.01.2022 This is our hydraulic beam straightening press. At Ironstar Engineering, we straighten all of our beams after welding and galvanising, so when they turn up to site, we have a perfectly straight beam.

07.01.2022 2 fabricated aluminium skateboard racks. These racks get bolted to a wall. Skateboards hang and can be padlocked for security. These were made for Kingscliff High School.
