Our alpaca farm has grown from there and we now run a herd of around 100 alpacas. Throughout it all, dad has done much of the work, building fences and shelters, planting trees, organising shearing, feeding hay almost every day throughout the years of drought we have had r...ecently and making sure our alpacas are well looked after. We fell in love with our alpacas early on and wanted to share the beautiful products that could be made from their fleece so we started selling at markets and festivals. Our business grew and again, dad was there to support our dreams, helping us load up the car each weekend, drive to markets in the early mornings, set up our stall and pack it away at the end of the day. He might grumble every now and then, and wish he was at home in the warm watching the football but he has always supported us and we would love to say thanks!
