25.01.2022 Our first attempt at a concrete bench top this week. Came up a treat. We even managed to sneak in a piece of recycled Oregon from the old Leeton Cannery. Thanks to all the boys who helped with the big lift. Quite heavy considering the bench is 3.6m long and 1m wide. Just needs to be sealed and its ready to go.

25.01.2022 This week we completed an extension in the Leeton Industrial estate. Attaching a kitchen, living area, bathroom and alfresco to the existing bus depot, this space will serve as an office and break room for the bus drivers and staff. 25.01.2022 Our latest transformation has been on an old farm house between Leeton and Whitton. This space was originally set out as three seperate rooms, being the lounge room, kitchen and dining. With the removal of a few walls and an old brick chimney, we have been able to create this massive open plan area. We still have the kitchen left to install but its easy to see what an amazing transformation it has made to this house which still retains some of its rustic charm. Thanks to Andrew and Kristie you guys are always awesome to work with and we hope you enjoy your new space.

22.01.2022 The team at Kooba Station can now work in rain, hail or shine with this new awning we have constructed over their sheep yards just on the outskirts of Darlington Point. Providing some much needed relief from the heat as we head into the warmer months.

21.01.2022 DEMO DAYS. Today we opened up the existing house into our new extension. The 300mm thick solid concrete lintels above the windows had to be removed slowly, piece by piece but we are wrapped with the results. #ihdc #proudchippy #demodays

20.01.2022 We have spent the last few months renovating this 3 bedroom house on Kooba st in Leeton. Consisting of a full bathroom and laundry renovation, kitchen, dining and lounge room renovation and a few touch up to the 3 bedrooms we have basically renewed the entire interior of this house. We divided the bathroom into 3 seperate rooms for the vanity, shower and toilet to make it more functional as usable as it flows off the laundry, which has also been altered to provide massive amo...unts of storage. A brand new kitchen ties in perfectly to the dining room and freshly renovated lounge room complete with a custom made space to house the new LED tv and gas heater. Was an awesome experience working with Bronwyn and Mick who made our job so easy and were great to work with. We hope you enjoy your new home.

17.01.2022 Earlier this year we renovated this property in Ganmain. It has come a long way since we started but is really starting to look the part. By opening up a number of walls, the living room now flows into the kitchen and dining area and then onto the backyard. Creating a wonderful open space for a local family.

17.01.2022 We have recently had the pleasure to help transform this old farm house on a property just outside of Narrandera. Still standing strong after over 100 years, we have given the two bedrooms and the entry a much needed facelift to bring this beautiful old house back to life. We managed to retain the heritage features of the property including the pressed tin ceilings and original doors & locks, whilst adding some more functional aspects such as the extra storage and double glazed windows.

Complete with concrete bench tops poured on site, concrete pendant lights and recycled Oregon timber beam and shelving from the old Leeton Cannery.. Quite a simple galley design leading through to the butlers pantry but it ties in and completes our open plan living space very well!

08.01.2022 This bathroom renovation was completed just in time for the Christmas break. The owners have trusted us with almost completely renovating their whole house over the space of two years. We aimed to provide a more user friendly and flowing wet room by removing the wall dividing the bathroom and the adjacent washroom, creating a grand main bathroom. The Velux skylights that we installed give a sense of space and the natural light is adding in also the custom made vanity from I...ntricate Hardwood is just icing on the cake with a touch of class to the farmhouse, when the cooler months hit, the install of underfloor heating is something the owners wont know they needed until now! We also relined the hallway and used Velux skylights throughout. 06.01.2022 Our latest project completed just in time for Christmas. This great outdoor area complete with recycled bricks and tallowwood timber posts. A great space for entertaining and escaping the heat in the summer months. The clients choice in decking was a recycled composite decking that required no fasteners through the face of the board. It looks so close to the real thing and requires no maintenance at all. It is guaranteed not to fade or change colour in the weather and not to mention, its looks Amazing. 06.01.2022 OPEN PLAN LIVING!!!! We have recently transformed the original kitchen and dining room into a modern open plan living area that speaks for itself. The original kitchen and dining area had served the owners well, however, by removing the walls between the kitchen, living room, dining area and lounge room, we have created a massive space ideal for entertaining. ... We have also changed the location of the kitchen, relocating it to the centre of the property, making the kitchen the hub of the home. Ideally located between the lounge room, dining room and alfresco area, when open, all rooms now seamlessly flow into each other. We have also reconfigured the layout of the property to incorporate a study, and a butlers pantry adjacent to the kitchen.
