24.01.2022 118kg x 2 Block Clean today after a crazy week of training / it’s really hard managing a full time business that doesn’t want to stop growing (blessed ), my last year of uni & training for international competition and sometimes I get upset when I don’t feel like I’ve put 120% effort into my session or miss lifts - trust the process, your coach & celebrate those small wins @uplift.gym
