24.01.2022 Our hearts are so full from a very special SOLD OUT night of 'Harmonies on the Hill' Thankyou so much to all who attended and helped us raise funds for the hard working RFS. We couldn't have been happier with how beautifully the night ran with bubbly, nibbles provided by our friends at the Eltham Valley Pantry and the musical assistance of NR locals Luke Vassella and Dylan Curnow.... And many thanks to Hughie Green and Wookie for the use of their beautiful property 'Longflat'. , platters and lots of other things by the lovely Isabelle Rainbow

19.01.2022 Announcing our first support act for 'Harmonies on the Hill' Alstonville local Dylan Curnow . .... . Dylan Curnow grew up in Sydney, and has formal training in classical music, having completed an honours degree in classical piano performance at the University of NSW in 2000. He has, however, spent most of his professional life performing blues, pop and jazz. In addition to his busy teaching schedule, he was director of Isabella a cappella choir based at Southern Cross University for 10 years, touring six times to Japan with them. From 2010 to 2017 Dylan played keyboards in Lisa Hunt’s band ‘Forever Soul’ in addition to work as a freelance producer and arranger. Dylan loves playing and teaching the piano and has a particular interest in Bach, Debussy, New Orleans style R&B. . . . 07.01.2022 We couldn't have asked for a better response to our house concert last week! All of our lovely ticket buyers have helped us make a donation to the NSW Rural Fire Service. 20% of our ticket sales worked out to $193. We hope this little bit will help our hard working firies.

07.01.2022 Long has Southern Cross University Lismore been Isabella A Cappella's home and we are honoured to perform at two of their campuses this weekend! The group will be performing two sets of acappella music at the Lismore campus on Saturday August 17th at 1:20 & 2:10pm And at the Gold Coast campus the following day on Sunday August 18th at 1:20 & 2:10pm.... Hope to see your lovely faces there!

02.01.2022 We're holding auditions! As of the end of July, Grace Cockburn will be taking over as musical director and our beloved Dylan Curnow will be remaining in the group as a singer and advisor Here's a little about Grace:... Vocalist and pianist Grace Cockburn has been performing as a professional musician for over a decade. Recent honour roll graduate of the Jazz Music Institute, she has travelled throughout Western Europe with her jazz duo and toured Japan with Isabella A Capella twice. Grace has been working as a musical director around Australia for some time and was recently awarded a Gold Coast Theatre Award for 'Best Musical Director' for her work on 'The Wall' with Pannic Productions. She works as a freelance musician throughout South East Queensland and the Northern Rivers and teaches private piano and voice.
