24.01.2022 ** Pizza Day ** We are excited to let you all know that we are having a pizza day on the last day of the school term. Instead if our usual tuckshop menu we will be offering some yummy pizzas from Joes Pizza. Notes will be coming home this week and will also be available for ordering soon online at www.flexischools.com.au also.

23.01.2022 Reuben and Alyssa played off in the year 6 tennis grand final. Congratulations to Reuben taking over all champion.

17.01.2022 Congratulations 3A and 3B for your high level of skill and sportsmanship during the netball class challenge grand final. Both teams played a fantastic game, with the grand final resulting in a draw. We will be adding both classes to the perpetual shield for 2020

10.01.2022 Week 8 and 9 Pause lesson. We are learning about Mindful Seeing so we can observe ourselves, others and our surroundings in greater detail. We are learning about Mindful seeing because it helps us sharpen our focus by calling on one sense to very purposefully observe an object.

08.01.2022 Remembrance Day in Australia is dedicated to Australians who died as a result of war, particularly from World War I onwards. A minute of silence at 11.00 am is dedicated to the deceased, especially for soldiers who died fighting to protect the nation. Remembrance Day is annually observed on 11 November. Lest We Forget

06.01.2022 For those that didn't collect their cookie dough yesterday you are able to collect from the tuckshop today from 1.30pm. 04.01.2022 Our Cross County was a huge success today. So many smiles and happy faces, children, staff and our wonderful families. Congratulations to team Thomatis for taking out the win today. Have a great holiday everyone and we will see you all back Monday the 19th of April.

02.01.2022 Celebrating National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Children's Day.

01.01.2022 Last week, most of our Year 5 and 6 Indigenous Leaders for the Future attended the inaugural cultural camp at Tinaroo Dam. They participated in a range of leadership, team building and cultural activities that challenged them over the 2 days. They also made connections with leaders from other schools and bonded more strongly as a team. They are currently working on NAIDOC artwork and a presentation for this week.
