15.01.2022 Interesting fitness fact of the day. If you train more often within 48 hrs of your last session it will increase your muscle growth and results faster and if you only do a session every 72 hrs it's only maintaining your fitness and progress in goal results. Visit your specific training frequently rather than in large blocks less often. Any longer than that and your body starts to detrain and loose conditioning and muscle mass. Have a great day and get fit and active today! Even if it's small just elevate the heart rate for abit today and see how much different and better your body will feel afterwards! I just went for a 4 k run this morning along the beach in the rain was lovely haha.
15.01.2022 Shower selfies :') my training goals are taking me constantly towards bettering my physique, fitness, skills & speed & strength. Now to change my program up abit and it's increasing in volume also. Will be doing more strength/ power lifting, 3-4 days a week, 3 hiit full body session under 20/30 mins a week and 3 to 4 track and sprint sessions. Excited to see where my body will go. 11.01.2022 Just did a massive back and chest session with my mate jez from play fitness in warana. Moved some solid equipment and worked all types of muscle groups haha. Sitting around 87kg still, will increase my intake of macros to gain more size at 60 carbs, 25 protein and 15 fats in four weeks time into calories of 4300 daily. My training is going to be increasing to 5 days a week resistance. Focusing on power and strength movements specifically to improve my power force production ...into my knee extension. Also 2 to 3 sprint sessions a week on track. while still doing isolated workouts for legsx2 chestx2, armsx2 shouldersx2 backx2 however I have super programmed legs and arms together in one workout, shoulders and a back workout. 06.01.2022 Gains! Feeling great! My weight is currently around the highest it's been at 87.5kg. My decs scan last had was showing I was sitting at 74kg of lean muscle! That's what you want! And fat percentage around 9% give or take abit. Feeling stronger and faster. More agile and reflexive ability! Nutrition hasn't been as good as I would have liked but still it's getting the quantity of macros in that I need. Have continued doing 4 sprints sessions a week one being a beach sprint. A s...urf or two. 4 to 6 gym sessions depending on the week. And smashing out a run around 5k occasionally. I ride a lot of places incidentally. And continuing to work on my flexibility doing 1 or two yoga sessions a week or sometimes I miss them and do my own quick stretching routine to maintain mobility and range of motion if you need any tips or want a session hit me up and I will have you getting lean and winning faster and more than Charlie sheen See more
