25.01.2022 A long-term customer recently called on ISC to assist with surveillance issues at SPAR Golden Beach on the Sunshine Coast after a few of their cameras suddenly stop working. With a need to adhere to COVID-19 restrictions in place as well as ensure protection of staff, customers and assets, Mike contacted us for a quick response and solution. 22.01.2022 ISC was recently engaged to upgrade the Kooralbyn Medical Centre’s alarm system in the Scenic Rim region of Queensland. During this process we found the original cabling of this alarm was not to standards or manufacturer’s specifications. After a little bit of work, we had their new components up and running. More alarming though, pardon the pun, was that when we looked at the programming of their original system we found their "Hold Up" button was programmed to audi...ble. That meant that if they ever required the use of this button, the sirens would have activated, possibly forcing a more dangerous situation. "Hold Up" buttons should always be discreet and silent on activation. 22.01.2022 Communify Queensland, a community service agency that recently reopened in Bardon after a complete renovation of an old church, is among ISC's security clients in Brisbane and their investment is protecting them when they are open as well as closed. Due to the style and age of their building, cable runs would have proved to be a very expensive exercise. 05.01.2022 The ISC team recently completed a full security upgrade and cable repairs at the Windhill Dressage Stables at North Maclean. We designed and used Bosch security equipment to suit their needs. The Windhill Dressage team were very proactive in contacting ISC upon realisation of a fault.
