24.01.2022 My view for a solo morning practice. The world is topsy turvy at the moment. I’ve been all over the place on all levels & have found it a huge challenge to find some balance & grounding. But the biggest thing I needed to do was ‘let myself off the hook’ This morning was the first time in aaaaaaages that I’ve actually felt like practicing. I woke up, the sun was shining & I just felt like it & it was SO GOOD!! I hope you’re all letting yourselves off the hook & doing something that feels good!!
