The score books may not reflect it but you all did really well and should be proud of yourselves, because we certainly are. 16.01.2022 JUNIOR CRICKET UPDATE The Junior Cricket season is now fully under way with all our teams finally getting some time in the middle. Our two Stage 1 teams went down by 14 runs each, but the improvement made by all players in just a week is amazing. A special mention to Acacia Hill who hit her very first ever 6 (the smile on her face was priceless).... Our Stage 2 team got its first win of the season with a tight 7 run victory over Norths. A lot of these kids have stepped up a level this year and are already starting to find their feet. The U14s made the trek to Maryborough but went down by 36 runs. Ryan Santacaterina made 34 with the bat to go with his 48 from last week. The U16s had a tight match with Brothers winning on the last ball of the match. Jackson Rehbein scored 57*. Jackson and Andrew Challacombe then backed up for 2 T20 senior games as well in warm conditions. Thanks boys. A big thank you to our major sponsors this year who are making our season a reality. 05.01.2022 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - PLEASE HELP The BCA are hosting the Bulls Masters Country Challange this weekend with some of the best country cricketers in Qld playing a T20 competition. Isis has been allocated a task of assisting serving in the canteen on Saturday from 9am till 4pm across a couple of time slots as shown in the picture below. Will need a couple of people per slot.... If anyone can help out for a couple of hours on Saturday, please message Marty, Scott or message the page, it would be most appreciated.
