20.01.2022 Some friendly advice from us on buying skates: Don't buy skates online (really don't!) - Getting the right fit is crucial with hockey or figure skates. The sizes of skates are very different from the sizes of regular shoes, so you can't just order your shoe size. Go into a store and try them on. Get a second opinion from someone knowledgeable. Many factors affect which skate you go into, including foot length and width, skating level, time spent on the ice, weight, and whether or not your still growing, just to name a few! 11.01.2022 Belated congratulations are in order to team very close to our hearts - Majestic Ice Australia. We could not be more proud of the incredible results achieved by Basic Novice, Open and Junior over the weekend. I had a great view of of the ice from my vantage point in the Merchandising Room and was blown away by how clean, creative and flawless the execution of each program was. (and I have been watching these programs all year). The performances were a credit to the early ...mornings, late nights, sweat, and sacrifices each skater has made. You truly left it all on the ice! The efforts of the coaching team in developing a program that perfectly integrates into Canterbury’s Skate School have set a gold standard that could be applied in any state in Australia and have contributed immensely to the growth of the sport within NSW. Finally, I would like to acknowledge the heart and soul of every Synchronized team the team managers. Virginia, Lynda, and Shontelle you have been a true pleasure to work with. We look forward to supporting the Majestic Ice skaters through their 2017 season. Feeling Privileged #whynotsynchro
