15.01.2022 A mother cannot be replaced by anyone! We MUST value our mothers before they are taken away. It is an obligation to be respectful towards them, say kind words to them and appreciate everything they have done and continue doing for us! A meal prepared at home by "mum" is far more valuable and blessed than tens of other meals even if it is plain & simple!... Once we marry, although life changes drastically, the status of a mum should never be forgotten. Success lies in appreciating those closest to us! - Mufti Ismail Menk

08.01.2022 "Notice from SA Health" Today and tomorrow will be hot, but the Queen Elizabeth Hospital has indoor testing for COVID-19. It is open for COVID-19 testing from 9am 9pm today and tomorrow. They are also now testing children. You can also find indoor COVID-19 testing at the Adelaide Wayville Showgrounds, which is open from today until Sunday from 8am until 9pm. ... If you, your family members, or anyone you know develops symptoms of COVID-19 (even if they are mild), then it’s very important to go get a COVID-19 test as soon as those symptoms appear. You should also encourage other people you know to get tested if you notice symptoms. Symptoms of COVID-19 include: fever OR chills cough sore throat runny nose shortness of breath loss of taste and smell. You must also get a test if you have been contacted and asked by SA Health to get a test. If you need to get tested, please be patient with staff who are working hard to organise logistics and collect samples. Keep 1.5 metres between yourself and others in line and wear a mask if possible. After your test go straight home. You cannot have visitors at your home. Stay in self-isolation until you receive a negative test result (in certain cases you may be required to remain in self-isolation or self-quarantine if directed to do so by SA Health or SA Police, even if you receive a negative test result).
