06.01.2022 Goodbye to our old friend Junior. Junior was one of our original Assaf ewes, an amazing milker and very affectionate. She was the mother to many lambs and enabled us to build our milking flock. A legend in the dairy, she wouldn't leave until she'd had a kiss from one of the milkers!
