Please stay safe and look after yourselves I will repost when we know we can return to classes safely

19.01.2022 Hello everyone As we draw towards the end of the year together, we are going to focus on developing an ‘Inner Calm’ for Body, Mind & Spirit (well-being) ~ Mindful, grounded yoga practices to bring restorative stillness & calmness into our bodies & minds... ~ Pranayama practices to keep our lungs healthy, reduce tension, assist with emotional balance during the ‘busyness’ of Christmas Suitable for beginners ~ mild stretching strengthening, ~ gentle flows releasing stiffness / tension in the body ~ standing postures to bring equanimity and balance, ~ restorative Yin as a meditative practice to unblock stagnent energy channels For information on class times etc please message me Namaste Sandra

16.01.2022 Hello Yoga friends - I trust you’ve all had a relaxing break and had time for yourselves?? I’ve had fun babysitting our gorgeous granddaughters princesses Yoga this term commences on Wednesday Morning at the Aquatic Centre on the 27th January with gentle stretching and flow for followed by some restorative yin postures - everyone is welcome even if you’ve never done yoga before - now is the time to build strength, have fun and do something just for yourself ... Other classes will commence on Monday evening 1st February at the Aquatic Centre & Pt Germein Hub 3rd and continue through term 1 At this stage fees and times of classes remain the same

15.01.2022 Some postures for you yogi/ yogini people who find it difficult to put a sequence together for yourself Always warm up your spine first - lying on your back, knees to chest, rock side to side Always take your time to feel the nuances in your own body - start slowly build up intensity- but only do what your body allows Enjoy your practice!! Focus on your breathing take your time to be with your own practice always

15.01.2022 I am so sad to announce that due to a recent COVID outbreak, I am required to close the live classes That takes us to the end of November when we were going to finish our current term All going well, we will extend the term for 2 more weeks from Wednesday December 2nd until Wednesday 9th December ... - this is providing there is interest in attending classes - it’s a busy time of year Thank you so much for your understanding. I do plan to do a zoom class or 2 once I assess the technology again - if people are interested in practicing yoga together online Please feel free to contact me if you need more information.
