23.01.2022 We would like to inform all our members and the Inverloch Community that the Disabled Surfing day in March has been cancelled. We are all disappointed by this decision however this call has been made for the well-being of the participants and volunteers. We look forward to next year when we can give a great experience to these special people. Warren Cook, President

22.01.2022 Thanks to WIN News Gippsland who visited Inverloch Beach today to show the impact of recent storm events on the dunes and coastline. Whilst the rectification actions being undertaken will help protect the Inverloch Surf Life Saving Club facilities the club is cognizant of the impact on the local community and our Club President spoke about the need for long term hard solutions to protect the whole coastline and subsequent impacts on the street scape.

19.01.2022 Council and Phillip Island Nature Parks have made the decision to close all Bass Coast beaches to the public over the Easter break. This follows strong advice ...from Bass Coast Health that with additional people in the community over Easter, the local health network would be unable to respond to the impacts of a COVID-19 outbreak in our community. The closure will impact every beach in the Shire from 11.59pm Thursday, 9 April until 11.59pm Monday, 13 April. During these times, there will be no access for anyone, to any beach, under any circumstance. This includes exercising on the beach running, surfing, walking and swimming. See more

06.01.2022 In regards to our fundraising efforts on Saturday night, we have just received news that the club will be making a contribution to the Mallacoota SLSC who unfortunately lost all of their first aid supplies in the fires. The club will be donating $1 from every drink sold at the bar on Saturday Night to ensure Mallacoota SLSC is able to patrol again and keep their beaches safe. In light of this, we have decided to use this as an opportunity to fundraise and support our ISLSC IR...B Team and their endeavours over the coming season. This is exciting for all of us and I'm sure you will be pleased that we can give back to the club that has given us so much over the years. Looking forward to catching up on the night, Luke Foster and Nick Leman
