13.01.2022 Dear customers, At iSmart our priority is always serving our customers and the communities we operate in. We seek to provide a safe environment for our customers and our staff and in times such as these, we believe it is our role and responsibility to do our best to ensure a healthy environment for all. I wanted to share some of the things we're doing to ensure everyone who uses our laundrette is safe, as well as do our bit to prevent the spread of Coronavirus COVID-19.... First we are following the advice of the Australian Government and World Health Organisation and their recommendations for minimising the spread of this virus. Over the past few weeks we have taken a range of precautionary measures across our sites including: Commencing increased cleaning and sanitisation of our stores. Providing a free hot rinse cycle on our large machines at our Langwarrin store. Providing an optional hot pre wash when the heavy cycle is chosen. Wiping down frequently used surfaces with hospital grade disinfect. Installing automatic hand sanitizer units. Over the coming weeks we will continue to monitor the situation closely and act quickly on the advice of health authorities. This may mean you see things that look a little different in our stores as we take additional precautions. We appreciate your patience and your support as a customer. I would also ask that if you are feeling unwell please take care of yourself and those around you. Should this be the case or if you prefer not to visit us in store we are always happy to provide a pick up and delivery service.
